In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at twilight, is the Lord's Passover.
Leviticus 23:5
Sounds like Passover takes place on January 14th.
But it does not.
It doesn't even take place in winter.
The Bible is an ancient text that aligns with the ancient Hebrew calendar, in which

So The Lord's Passover, takes place in the spring each year, on the 14th day of the first Hebrew month, Aviv (also sometimes called Nissan, as in the graphic above).
Passover falls in either March or April on our calendar. A quick internet search can help you find the date equivalency.
The Lord's Passover is immediately followed by a week long appointed time called the Feast of _______ _______.
And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the Feast of Unleavened Bread to the LORD; for seven days you shall eat unleavened bread.
Leviticus 23:6
During the Feast of Unleavened Bread is a feast day call Firstfruits.

And
And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, "Speak to the people of Israel and say to them, When you come into the land that I give you and reap its harvest, you shall bring the sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest to the priest, and he shall wave the sheaf before the LORD, so that you may be accepted. On the day after the Sabbath the priest shall wave it.
Leviticus 23:9-11
Together, the feasts of Passover, Unleavened Bread, and Firstfruits tell the story of Israel's deliverance, sanctification, and acceptance by God.
